About Us:
Noma and Buyi Properties and Projects (Pty) LTD is a property development and projects company. We build and refurbish residential, commercial and industrial properties. We provide home makeover and interior designing services to customers who want to improve the value of their properties. Our services and projects are affordable and accessible throughout the country including the rural and underdeveloped areas non-discriminately. We are embarking on the development of properties and projects that will transform people’s lives as we also prepare to build retail parks, shopping centres, offices, hotels/guest houses and modern residential buildings in the rural areas.
In an effort to contribute to a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, diversification of energy supply, improvement of public health, individual energy independence, we install solar systems to all our new developments, provide efficient water saving measures as well as pollution and waste reduction measures. The company is associated with a highly qualified team of engineering professionals who have more than a decade of experience in various construction projects, project management, consulting services and many other highly valuable projects.
