Yes, We have a development project planned for Riverside in Umzimkhulu, KwaZulu Natal. We are developing a state of the art shopping centre, modern houses and a guest house. This development will change the face of the area and will provide a much needed convenience to the surrounding community of Riverside and Umzimkhulu as whole.

Yes. In our website we are showcasing some of our finished projects and we can also take you to view some of the projects that we have done. We also have some houses that we have renovated and we can also take you there to see the changes we have done.

We are associated with a high level team of engineers and experts in the property development industry. These include architectures, civil and structural engineers, geo-technicians, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers whom we engage from the start of the project to the end. They work with us during the drawing of the building plans throughout the building process and they monitor compliance and quality of our development. Our small project departments also have specialists including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters,welders and designers.
